I think it is the "waiting" with no end to focus on that sucks everything out of you. We can deal with what is done, but waiting for something to be done is very difficult. It's kind of like salvation. We want to "do" something to earn or justify our salvation. The reality is that there is nothing WE can DO but wait on God. This doesn't mean inactivity. It means just what you are doing - praying, thanking Him, and totally trusting that He is control. <br />Remember Joseph, David, and Paul and all they endured while "waiting" on God. We've recently studied 2 Cor. And this verse came to mind. <br /><br />2Cr 12:9 And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.<br /><br />I hope you don't mind my sharing my thoughts with you.
